Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or on our shipping information pages and are estimates only. Delays can happen due to courier issues, customs, peak seasons, or factors outside our control.

Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide.

5. Order changes and cancellations
