Returns

At this time we do not accept returns by post because we do not operate a customer return address. Please do not send items back unless we specifically ask you to.

30 day problem guarantee

If there is something wrong with your order, we will make it right. You are eligible for a refund if you contact us within 30 days of delivery for any of the following reasons.

  1. You received the wrong item

  2. Your item arrived damaged

  3. Your item has a manufacturing defect

  4. Your item is missing from the order

What we need from you

To process a refund request, please contact us within 30 days and include.

  1. Your order number

  2. The item name

  3. A clear description of the issue

  4. Photos of the item and the packaging, if relevant

We may ask for additional photos to confirm the issue. In most cases you will not need to return the item.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item back to your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by bank, but typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Not eligible for refunds

Because we do not accept returns by post, we cannot offer refunds for.

  1. Change of mind

  2. Wrong size, fit, or style preference

  3. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage after delivery

  4. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  5. Minor differences in colour or print placement that can occur during production
